TRADING STATEMENT
Skinwell is currently finalising its results for the six months ended 31 August
2009 and shareholders are advised that the directors expect a loss per share of
between 3.0 cents and 3.6 cents and a headline loss per share of between 3.4
cents and 4.1 cents, compared to earnings and headline earnings per share of 1.0
cent, reported for the six months ended 31 August 2008.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
The company`s results for the six months ended 31 August 2009 are expected to be
released on SENS on or before 30 September 2009.
