APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO THE BOARD OF MURRAY & ROBERTS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Murray & Roberts is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Trevor
Fowler as an executive director with effect from 25 September 2009.
Mr Fowler, a civil engineer, will take on the future responsibility for the
Construction SADC cluster. He has earned extensive professional experience in
the USA, Canada, Botswana and South Africa and was previously the Chief
Operations & Accounting Officer in the South African Presidency. He was also
the former Chairman of Trans Caledon Tunnel Authority and Deputy Chairman of
Health System Trust.
