STATEMENT
Shareholders are hereby advised that the company`s Annual Report was posted
today.
Included in the Annual Report is a notice of Annual General Meeting of
shareholders which will be held at the company`s registered office located at 10
Mack Road, Prospecton, Durban at 10h00 on Monday, 19 October 2009, as well as
the Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2009, which contain
no modifications to the audited results published on SENS on 5 August 2009.
