Shareholders are advised that the annual report containing audited financial
statements for the year ended 30 June 2009 was posted to shareholders today,
Friday, 25 September 2009. There has been no change from the preliminary audited
consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2009, which were
published on SENS on 21 September 2009.
Notice is hereby given that the 107th annual general meeting of the Company will
be held at 15:00 on Thursday, 22 October 2009 at Summer Place, 69 Melville Road,
Hyde Park, Johannesburg.
