Shareholders are hereby notified of the sudden passing away of Mr Montaque
Senekal on Saturday, 26 September 2009, due to natural causes. The board
is shocked and saddened to lose Mr Senekal so suddenly and will greatly miss
his valuable contributions and considered guidance. Mr Senekal served as an
executive director of SELCo from March 2007 until his untimely death. There
are no immediate plans to replace Mr Senekal as a director and his
responsibilities will be allocated to the remaining executive directors.
