DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT AND CONVERSION RATIO
Further to the announcement published on SENS on 28 August 2009, holders of
Zshares GOVI units (participatory interests) are advised that the distribution
to be made on 6 October 2009 will equate to an amount of 42.37 cents per unit,
consisting of:
- 42.37 cents in respect of interest and other income
Per the Offering Circular and Portfolio Supplement, "Distributions to
Investors will be made through the issue of additional Participatory Interests
to Investors and not in the form of cash. Investors will only be issued with
so many additional Participatory Interests as may equate to whole(*)
Participatory Interests and not fractions thereof."
Additional Participatory Interests will be issued on the basis of 4.14457
units for every one hundred Participatory Interest held on the record date.
Distributions will be made to all holders recorded in the register as at 25
September 2009. (*)The balance (if any) will be retained and distributed at
the next distribution date.
