MURRAY & ROBERTS ISSUES ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL
MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements of Murray &
Roberts for the year ended 30 June 2009, which incorporate a notice of the
annual general meeting have been posted to shareholders today, Tuesday 29
September 2009.
The annual financial statements contain no changes or modifications to the
audited preliminary results published on SENS on 26 August 2009. The annual
financial statements are audited by Deloitte & Touche whose unmodified report is
available for inspection at the registered office of the Company.
Notice is given that the sixty-first annual general meeting of the Company will
be held at the registered office of the Company, Douglas Roberts Centre, 22
Skeen Boulevard, Bedfordview on Wednesday 21 October 2009 at 11:00.
