APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARDS OF PSG GROUP AND PSG FINANCIAL SERVICES
Notification is hereby given in accordance with paragraph 3.59 (a) of the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited that Mr Thys Du Toit ("Thys") has been
appointed as an independent non-executive director to the boards of PSG Group
and PSG Financial Services with immediate effect.
Thys was a founding member and director of Coronation Fund Managers Limited
where he held the position of chief executive officer from 1997 to 2007. Prior
to that, Thys spent four years with Syfrets Managed Assets as a portfolio
manager, and six years (three as a director) with George Huyshamer and Partners.
The boards of PSG Group and PSG Financial Services welcome the appointment of
Thys and look forward to his contribution.
