TRADING UPDATE
In terms of the listing Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE"), companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably
certain that the financial results for the next period to be reported on will
differ by more than 20% from that of the previous corresponding period.
Accordingly, a review of the financial results for the interim period ended 30
June 2000 by the directors of the company has indicated that earnings per share
and headline earnings per share are expected to be approximately 200 % lower
than those in the previous corresponding period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by Square One`s auditors. Square One`s results for the
interim period ended 30 June 2009 are expected to be released on SENS on or
about 30 September 2009.
