Change in directorate
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Mr James Maclaurin has given notice that he will be leaving the
Vodafone Group with effect from 15 January 2010 and as such will step down from
the Vodacom Group board on the same date. Mr Peter Moyo, the Chairman of Vodacom
Group would like to thank James for his dedication and contribution to Vodacom
Group especially at the time of its listing in May 2009.
