Shareholders are advised that the Company`s 2009 Annual Report containing the
annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2009 will be available on
the Company`s website (www.goldfields.co.za), and posted to the shareholders
today, 29 September 2009. The Annual Report contains no modifications to the
reviewed preliminary results which were published on 6 August 2009.
Annual General Meeting
Members are advised that the annual general meeting will be held at 150 Helen
Road, Sandown, Sandton, Johannesburg, on Wednesday, 4 November 2009, to transact
the business as stated in the notice of that meeting, a copy of which can be
found on the Company`s website www.goldfields.co.za.
