Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of
Putprop will be held on Wednesday, 11 November 2009 at 11:00 at the offices of
Putprop, 91 Protea Road, Chislehurston, Sandton to transact the business stated
in the notice of the annual general meeting, which is contained in the Annual
Report.
