are advised that the annual financial statements have been distributed to
shareholders on 29 September 2009 and contain no modifications to the audited
results which were published on SENS on 26 August 2009.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the twenty first annual general meeting of Distell
shareholders will be held at the Visitors Centre of Durbanville Hills Wine
Cellar, Durbanville Road (M13), Durbanville, Western Cape on Wednesday 21
October 2009 at 12:30 to transact the business as stated in the annual general
meeting notice forming part of the annual financial statements.
