NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of the Company will be held at
15:15 on Thursday, 22 October 2009 at Summer Place, 69 Melville Road, Hyde Park,
Johannesburg, to remove the following directors pursuant to section 220 of the
South African Companies Act ("the Act"):
* Tom Dale;
* Dr Fred Roux; and
* Dennis Kerrison.
and furthermore, that Nicholas Davidoff and Andrew Kamau be appointed as
directors of the company.
