APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

Limited, the Board of Directors of Verimark is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr Jeremy Thomas as the Financial Director of the Company with
effect from 1 October 2009,
Jeremy is a Chartered Accountant with 15 years` experience in various senior
positions in finance.
