CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors of Pinnacle are pleased to announce the appointment of
Stefan Lothar Hans Braun to the board as Chief Operating Officer with immediate
effect. A brief profile is set out below
Mr Stefan Lothar Hans Braun ("Stefan")
Stefan spent 27 years, both internationally and locally, in the fields of
management and development in the hospitality industry. Prior to his appointment
to Pinnacle Point Group Limited, he ran his own Company Hodevco SA (a boutique
development management and management consulting Company) specialising in hotel
and hospitality related projects (established 2004). Prior to this he
established the Arabella SA Group. During his six years as the Chief Executive
Officer of Arabella, Stefan was directly responsible for the design, development
and management of over R1 billion of Real Estate and hospitality operations. He
also holds directorships at several other Companies, including Triple Venture
Properties Limited, Sharevest Limited and Zennabelle Trust. He is fluent in
German, English, and speaks French and Afrikaans.
He joined Pinnacle in May 2009 as Chief Operating Officer.
The board looks forward to the business expertise which Stefan will add to the
board of Pinnacle.
