Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Beige on
Wednesday, 30 September 2009, at the registered office of the company, Arcay

presented in the notice of the general meeting were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders. The special resolution will be submitted to the
Registrar of Companies for registration in due course.
