It is hereby announced that:
- An additional two independent non-executive directors have been appointed
to the Risk and Sustainability Committee. Mr Sango Siviwe Ntsaluba replaces
Mr Donald Gert Wilson as chairman and Mr Alexander Gordon Kelso Hamilton is
appointed a member to the Committee with effect from 1 October 2009.
- Mr Peter John Bulterman is appointed an executive director to the
Barloworld Limited board with effect from 1 October 2009.
