NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s 2009 Annual Report containing the
annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2009 was posted to
shareholders on 30 September 2009 and contains no modifications to the results
which were announced on 9 September 2009. The annual financial statements were
audited by Ernst & Young Inc. and their unqualified report is available for
inspection at the Company`s registered office.
NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
The 65th annual general meeting of Aveng Limited will be held at 204 Rivonia
Road, Morningside, Sandton on Friday 23 October 2009 at 10h00 for the purpose of
conducting the business as stated in the Notice of Annual General Meeting
forming part of the 2009 annual report.
