terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002
DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT - QUARTER ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2009
The manager and trustees of the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme (being
Satrix Managers (Pty) Limited) and ABSA Bank Limited, respectively) have
resolved to make a distribution to holders of Satrix Dividend Plus securities
recorded in the register in respect of the quarter ended 30 September 2009.
This distribution will:
Be an amount of 1.23 cents (R0.0123) per Satrix Dividend Plus security;
Be constituted by:
- 1.21 cents in respect of dividends; and
- 0.02 cents in respect of other income;
- Be made to all holders of Satrix Dividend Plus securities recorded in the
register on Friday, 25 September 2009; and
- Be effected on 6 October 2009.
