Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, 01 October 2009, Netcare Limited
declared a preference dividend (Number 7) of 427.39 cents per preference share
for the period from 01 April 2009 to 30 September 2009, payable on Monday, 26
October 2009 to holders of the preference shares recorded in the books of the
Company at close of business on Friday, 23 October 2009.
In compliance with the requirements of STRATE, the following dates are
applicable:
Last date to trade "cum" the preference

Date trading commences "ex" the preference

Preference share certificates may not be dematerialised nor rematerialised
