RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CHANGES TO THE BOARD
At the annual general meeting of shareholders held today, executive directors,
JM van Tonder, CM van Nieuwkerk and C de W Vivier were not re-elected to the
Board.
Further, the following resolutions were not approved:
- The directors` remuneration;
- The general authority to issue shares for cash; and
- The placing of the unissued shares under the control of the directors.
A further announcement will be released as soon as possible relating to new
appointments to the Board of Directors.
