RESPONSE TO RUMOURS REGARDING MVELA RESOURCES ALLEGED INTEREST IN INCWALA
RESOURCES (PTY) LIMITED ("Incwala")
Rumours that Mvela Resources is interested in acquiring control of Incwala have
been reported to the company from several quarters.
Mvela Resources therefore wishes to reiterate that:
- The company`s unbundling strategy remains in force and is on track;
- the company has no interest in acquiring control of Incwala; and
- is not in discussions with Incwala or its controlling shareholders.
