APPROVAL OF WAIVER OF AN OFFER TO MINORITIES AND UPDATE ON RIGHTS OFFER
Shareholders of Pinnacle Point advised that shareholders have approved the
waiver of an offer to minorities by ABSA Bank Limited in the event that ABSA`s
shareholding increased above 35% as a result of ABSA underwriting the intended
rights offer to minorities.
In addition, shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on
02 October 2009 and on 15 September 2009 which contained the proposed salient
dates for the Rights Offer. These dates are no longer applicable as the company
is still in the process of finalising underlying agreements and the related
rights offer circular. New salient dates will be given in due course.
