LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWGOLD DEBENTURES
NewGold has issued an additional 1,200,000 debentures following
subscriptions in respect of approximately 11,765 fine troy ounces of
gold bullion at an issue price of R72.20 per debenture. The debentures
were listed with effect from commencement of business today.
