FINALISATION OF THE REVISED AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28

Shareholders are referred to the announcements, dated 17 September 2009 and 1
October 2009, which related, inter alia, to:
* disclosure of a misunderstanding by the company relating to the completion
and signature of the audit report and the withdrawal of the initial annual
report issued in respect of the year ended 28 February 2009; and
* the suspension of the company`s listing on the JSE as a result of its
annual report not being released within the required period stipulated in
the Listings Requirements of the JSE.
The directors met with the company`s auditors on 5 October 2009 to establish the
reasons for and events surrounding the delay in completing the revised audited
financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2009 and advise that, based
on the outcome of that meeting, it is anticipated that the revised audited
financial statements and the revised annual report for the year ended 28
February 2009 will be finalised for release by no later than 31 October 2009.
The directors will revert to shareholders regarding actions taken to prevent a
re-occurrence of the above in the future.
RENEWAL OF THE CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s shares until the revised annual financial statements for the year
ended 28 February 2009 have been released.
