DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON SATRIX 40 ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("STXIDC")
With reference to the distribution announcement, the Managers and Trustees of
SATRIX 40 (STX40) have declared a Distribution in the form of a dividend of
14.12 cents and 1.32 cents in respect of other income per Satrix 40 security
payable to ordinary shareholders on Tuesday 6 October 2009, recorded in the
books of the company at the close of business on Friday 25 September 2009.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Distribution Securities,
STXIDC, will receive a SATRIX 40 distribution in the form of a dividend of 14.12
cents and 1.32 cents in respect of other income per security per ordinary share
to ordinary shareholders on Tuesday 6 October 2009, in terms of the Cession
clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank
Limited.
