Nampak wishes to announce its non-executive chairman,Mr Trevor Evans, has
decided to step down as chairman and director of the Company in 2010, having
served as executive chairman from 2001 to 2003 and as non-executive chairman
since 2003. A further announcement will be made in due course regarding the date
on which Trevor will step down and the appointment of a new chairman.
