FURTHER RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcements on SENS on 16 April 2009, 29 May
2009, 13 July 2009 and 24 August 2009 confirming the postponement of the JSE
Limited`s proposed termination of the listing of the Company`s shares and
detailing the proposed reverse listing into S&J of the iBurst Africa
(Proprietary) Limited and iBurst SA (Proprietary) Limited assets held by Galela
Telecommunication Holdings (Proprietary) Limited ("the Acquisition").
Shareholders are advised that the requisite audits of the assets forming the
subject of the Acquisition are in the final stages of completion. As a result
thereof, the Company is not yet in a position to announce the details of the
proposed private placing, the salient dates and times pertaining to the
Acquisition and the pro forma financial effects of the Acquisition. Shareholders
are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
