Fulfilment of conditions precedent relating to the transaction between
Johnnic Holdings Limited and Tsogo Sun Gaming (Proprietary) Limited
pursuant to which the HCI group decreases its indirect interest in Tsogo
Sun Kwa Zulu Natal (Proprietary) Limited
Shareholders are referred to the announcement made on 2 July 2009, that
Johnnic Holdings Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of HCI, had entered
into an agreement with Tsogo Sun Gaming (Proprietary) Limited pursuant
to which the HCI Group would decrease its indirect interest in Tsogo Sun
KwaZulu-Natal (Proprietary) Limited from 46.6% to 28%.
Shareholders are advised that all the conditions precedent to the above
transaction have been fulfilled.
