PUNO GOLD INVESTMENTS COURT CASE DATE POSTPONED
Central Rand Gold Ltd ("CRG" or "the Company"), the South African gold mining
and exploration holding company announces that the court case where Puno Gold
Investments (Pty) Ltd is attempting to interdict Central Rand Gold South Africa
(Pty) Ltd from its activities has been postponed from Tuesday, October 13, 2009
to Thursday, November 5, 2009.
The reason for the postponement is a procedural one. There is no change in the
Company`s expectation that the court case will result in a favourable verdict
for CRG.
