Shareholders are advised that the group`s earnings per share and headline
earnings per share for the six months ended 31 August 2009 are expected to be
between 14.6 cents per share and 15.9 cents per share compared to the previously
reported corresponding period of 6.43 cents per share.
The financial information contained in this announcement has not been reviewed
or audited by the company`s external auditors. SilverBridge results for the six
months ended 31 August 2009 will be published on or about 27 October 2009.
