CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr J W Lewis resigned on 31 August 2009
as an alternate director to Mr R J Carpenter from the board of directors of
Assore. Mr Lewis will retire from the group at the end of the year. The board
thanks Mr Lewis for his contribution and wishes him all the best for the future.
