PDMR`S DEALINGS
Central Rand Gold, the South African gold mining and exploration holding company
has been notified that Mr. Patrick Malaza, Chief Financial Officer of the
Company, acquired 1,667 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of ZAR2.10 per Ordinary Share on 1 October 2009
and 8,334 Ordinary Shares at a price of ZAR2.11 per Ordinary Share on 5 October
2009.
As a result of these purchases, Mr. Malaza`s beneficial holding in the Company
totals 10,001 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.004 per cent of the Company`s
current issued share capital.
