Results of Annual General Meeting
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Group Five held
at the registered office of the company today, ordinary resolutions number 1 and
2, relating to the control of the authorised but unissued shares and the general
authority to issue shares for cash, respectively, were withdrawn prior to the
annual general meeting. All other resolutions were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders present or represented by proxy at the annual general
meeting.
The special resolution will be submitted for registration at the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office ("CIPRO") in due course.
