DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of PropTrax SAPY securities are advised that a distribution will
be made to holders of PropTrax SAPY securities in respect of the quarter
ended 30 September 2009.
This distribution will:
- be in an amount of 90.52 cents per PropTrax SAPY security,
constituted as follows:
- 70.54 cents in respect of dividends;
- 0.94 cents in respect of interest; and
- 19.04 cents in respect of other income, including manufactured
dividends;
- be made to all holders of PropTrax SAPY Securities recorded in the
register on 25 September 2009; and
- be effected on 19 October 2009.
