RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that SV Zilwa has resigned from the board of BCX with
effect from 14 October 2009.
Sindi cited a conflict of interest with a current client as the reason for her
resignation. BCX chairman Tony Ruiters thanked Sindi for her contribution and
wished her well in her future endeavours.
