The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
Final Terms for Old Mutual plc (the "Issuer") GBP500,000,000 7.125 per cent.
Notes due 19 October 2016 (the "Notes") issued under the GBP3,500,000,000 Euro
Note Programme of the Issuer (the "Programme").
The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in
conjunction with the Prospectus dated 11 June 2009 as supplemented by the
Supplementary Prospectuses dated 6 August 2009 and 9 October 2009 (together, the
"Prospectus") relating to the Programme, which constitutes a base prospectus for
the purposes of the Prospectus Directive (Directive 2003/71/EC).
