REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the fourteenth (14th) annual general meeting of the shareholders of AFGRI
held today, 16 October 2009, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed
in the notice to shareholders were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
