RESIGNATION OF CEO
Shareholders are referred to the announcement, dated 1 October 2009, and are
advised that Marius van Tonder has resigned as the company`s Chief Executive
Officer with effect from 1 November 2009 but will remain with the company until
28 February 2010 in order to facilitate a hand-over of his duties to the new
appointee. Having regard to his re-election as an executive director of the
company not being approved at the annual general meeting held on 1 October 2009,
Marius believes that his resignation is in the best interest of the company as
it will be impossible for him to serve the company properly without the relevant
status.
Marius has every confidence in the business of the company and the Board
thereof.
