Changes to the board of directors
In terms of rule 3.59 to 3.62 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
Deloitte & Touche Sponsor Services (Pty) Limited is authorised to announce that
Dr. Deenadayalen Konar has been appointed as non-executive chairman in place of
Mr. Wilson Vulindlela Cuba who resigned with effect from 16 October 2009.
Mr. Ralph Patmore has also been appointed as non-executive director following
the resignation of Mr. Michael Frederick Hennessy with effect from 16 October
2009.
The company`s chief executive, David Kan said "I would like to thank Vuli and
Mike for their contribution to Mustek over the past years and wish them all the
best for the future."
