Nampak wishes to announce the resignation with immediate effect of Mr Lot
Ndlovu as a non-executive director, chairman of the transformation and
sustainability committee and member of the remuneration and nominations
committee.
The board of directors of Nampak wishes to thank Lot for his valuable
services as a non-executive director for the past sixteen years.
A further announcement will be made in due course regarding the membership
of the two committees on which Lot served.
