shareholders are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Glenrand M I B`s audited results for the year ended 30 June 2009,
published on 10 September 2009, the annual report was posted today. The annual
report contains no modifications to the aforementioned published audited
results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the shareholders of Glenrand M I B will be held at
8h30 on Wednesday, 18 November 2009 at the company`s registered office, 288 Kent
Avenue, Ferndale, Randburg to transact the business as stated in the notice of
the annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
