CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Mutual
& Federal shareholders are advised that Mr M L Ndlovu, a non-executive director
of Mutual & Federal, has resigned from the board of directors with immediate
effect, due to a conflict of business interests which has arisen as a result of
a new venture into which he has entered.
The board of directors wishes to thank Mr Ndlovu for his valuable contributions
during his tenure.
