TRADING STATEMENT
1. TRADING STATEMENT IN TERMS OF JSE LIMITED LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS
In terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies are required to
publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable
degree of certainty exists that the financial results of the period to be
reported upon will differ by 20% or more from the financial results of the
previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s earnings for the six months ended 30
September 2009 are expected to increase by between 35% and 55% and headline
earnings by between 45% and 65% over those of the previous corresponding period.
Revenue increased by between 20% and 30% compared to the previous financial
period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
review or reported on by the Company`s auditors.
2. TRADING STATEMENT IN TERMS OF NAMIBIAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTINGS
REQUIREMENTS
In compliance with the Namibian Stock Exchange Listings Requirements, Trustco
Group Holdings Limited shareholders are advised that for the 6 months period
ended 30 September 2009, it is expected that the Groups` earnings will
substantially exceed (more than 30%) and the headline earnings are expected to
substantially exceed (more than 30%) the comparative period. Revenue materially
increased (between 10% and 30%) compared to the previous financial period.
Shareholders are advised that the financial information that this trading
statement is based upon has not been reviewed and reported on by the Group`s
auditors. Holders of securities must exercise caution in their securities
dealings until the publication of the relevant periods` financial results.
