CHANGE IN BOARD MEMBERSHIP
In terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the company wishes to
announce the resignation of Mike Tshishonga ("Mike") as the non-executive
chairman of the company with immediate effect. Mike resigns from the company in
order to pursue a political career, and the board wishes him every success in
the future.
Blackie Swart, who has served as a non-executive director since 26 January 2009,
has been appointed as non-executive chairman with immediate effect.
