RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that all of the ordinary and special resolutions
proposed at the annual general meeting of the Company held today, Wednesday, 21
October 2009, were approved by the requisite majorities. The special resolution
will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office
for registration in due course.
A business update was read out at the meeting, a copy of which has been released
on SENS.
