CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr Luc Bonte will be resigning as
President and as Executive Director of the company with effect from 30 November
2009 as he will be returning to Europe after a successful two year stint in
South Africa to take the position as Head of Operational Excellence.
In a statement, Chief Executive Officer Nonkululeko Nyembezi-Heita said the
following: "On behalf of all of us in South Africa, I want to thank Luc for his
invaluable contribution and dedication to the company over the past two years.
I will forever be grateful to him for his support and unstinting sharing of his
knowledge and expertise".
