(Calgro M3 Developments (Proprietary) Limited - "CGR5")
In accordance with the provisions, Calgro M3 Developments (Proprietary) Limited
- CGR5 the interest payable for the period from 23 October 2009 to 23 January
2010, payable from 23 January 2010 will carry the following interest rate over
the 3 month JIBAR - 15.1833% on 23 October 2009.
CGR5 - 15.1833% per annum. 800bps over the 3 month JIBAR
