LISTING OF ADDITIONAL SHARES AND ACQUISITION OF BUSINESS
Shareholders are advised that the JSE Limited ("JSE") has approved the listing
of an additional 3,076,923 ordinary shares of 0,6146 cents each with effect from
the commencement of business on Friday 23 October 2009, at an issue price of
130,00 cents per share. The shares are being issued in terms of a vendor
consideration placing as defined in the JSE`s Listings Requirements pursuant to
the acquisition of a records management company, Infovault (Proprietary)
Limited. The shares were placed with Metrofile Holdings` black empowerment
investment partner, the Mineworkers Investment Company ("MIC") and results in
MIC`s overall unencumbered shareholding in Metrofile Holdings increase to 33.0%,
expanding its status as the single biggest shareholder in the company.
